Who we are
This website is operated by Chagil OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. If you have any question about your personal data, email us at gil@chagil.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one) and project description. The message is sent to us by email so we can reply and discuss a possible project. The website itself does not store your message.
- Spam protection. To limit spam, the website keeps a hashed (scrambled) form of your IP address for about 15 minutes. It is deleted automatically.
- Server logs. Like most websites, the servers of our hosting provider record standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the website running and secure.
How long we keep it
Messages you send us are kept in our email account for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load fonts or other content from third-party services. Technical cookies are set only for people who log in to manage the website.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing. It is processed only by the services we need to run this website and our email (our hosting and email provider).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing gil@chagil.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

If this policy changes, we will update this page.
